Ruby Falls Entrance & Ticket Atrium
The Ticket Atrium entrance features a stunning 37-foot waterfall mural, ticket desk, self-serve ticket kiosks, and guest locker rentals. Ruby Falls timed-entry tickets allow guests to make the most of their visit to Lookout Mountain.

Classic Waterfall Tour

Led by a knowledgeable Ruby Falls guide, visitors explore the cavern trail to the tallest and deepest waterfall accessible to the public in the United States. Learn about the accidental discovery of the cavern and see stunning rock formations created over thousands of years.
Available daily, 8am – 8pm with timed entry admission.
The Classic Waterfall Tour lasts on average 1 hour and 15 minutes. The time on your entry ticket indicates the time you may enter the cave elevator queue.

Lantern Tour
Experience Ruby Falls in a new light! Discover the wonder of the cavern like its discoverer, Leo Lambert did in 1928. During this after hours, specialty tour, the cavern and its trail is illuminated only by hand-held lanterns. Rock formations and shadows take on new intriguing dimensions as elite guides share stories exclusive to this tour. Lantern Tours are a unique way to explore the falls and cavern after hours with a fun, extended tour featuring a laid-back pace and limited-sized group.

Extended Cavern Experience
Explore the amazing caverns of Ruby Falls on this in-depth, extended tour led by senior-level guides. Open seasonally, High Point ZIP Adventure is the ultimate zip line and climbing adventure located in the forest tree tops on Lookout Mountain. Featuring 700-feet of rushing zip lines and a 40-foot climbing tower, High Point ZIP Adventure offers incredible views of the Tennessee River and Tennessee Valley.
