Ruby Falls Entrance & Ticket Atrium

The new Entrance and Ticket Atrium features a stunning 37-foot waterfall mural, geode-encrusted ticket desk, self-serve ticket kiosks, and guest locker rentals. Ruby Falls now offers timed-entry tickets. Skip the ticket line and ensure your preferred check-in time* with online advanced purchase.

* Check-In Time indicates the time at which you can enter the tour queuing area. Depending on the number of guest reservations for your selected check-in window, wait times from this point can range from 10 - 45 minutes. Wait times are typically shorter from 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM.

Ruby Falls Cavern Castle

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the stately Ruby Falls Cavern Castle has welcomed generations of guests, eager to explore Lookout Mountain’s underground caverns since 1929. Designed to resemble a 15th-century Irish castle, it is a beloved area landmark built from limestone excavated during the construction of the elevator shaft giving access to the caverns.

 

 

Lookout Mountain Tower

Built in 1929 with limestone excavated from the Ruby Falls elevator shaft, the 70+ foot tall iconic Lookout Mountain Tower offers unmatched views from its lower and upper decks. The mesmerizing, 360-degree panoramic view is truly exceptional.

 

 

 

 

Blue Heron Overlook

Delight in breathtaking views of the Tennessee Valley from the accessible Blue Heron Overlook. This new vantage point is connected by elevated walkway to the historic Lookout Mountain Tower.

Designed to encourage curiosity in caves and geology, the Village Gift Shop offers an extensive collection of curated keepsakes and gifts. Tried-and-true favorites and new classics, including a rock candy mountain, make this shop a pleasure to explore. 

 

 

 

Dining

The Back Porch on the Village Plaza offers a respite for guests to kick back and grab a bite to eat while enjoying the spectacular views at this umbrella-shaded, outdoor dining area. The Cavern Café is nestled in the historic Ruby Falls Castle and offers a variety of deli style sandwiches, wraps, and hot dogs, plus hot and cold beverages. Grab and go from Ruby’s Kitchen in the Village Gift Shop. Snacks, ice cream, pastries, prepared sandwiches, treats and refreshing drinks are ready to fuel your adventure. Delicious fresh-roasted, cinnamon-glazed pecans, cashews, and almonds are available at multiple locations throughout Ruby Falls. 

 

 

Ruby Falls ZIPStream Aerial Adventure

Open seasonally, ZIPStream Aerial Adventure is the ultimate zip line adventure with obstacle courses spanning across three-acres of forest tree tops on Lookout Mountain. Featuring 700-feet of rushing zip lines, a 40-foot climbing tower, suspended obstacle courses and an incredible view of the Tennessee River and Tennessee Valley. ZIPStream offers varying skill levels with Orange, Green, and Blue Diamond ropes courses.

ZIPStream Aerial Adventure is a separately ticketed activity. Height, age and weight requirements vary by course. Discounted Ruby Falls + ZIPStream combination packages are available.
