In 1928, Leo Lambert and a team of excavators found a breathtaking waterfall located over 1,120 feet below the surface of Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, TN. Lambert named the falls after his wife, Ruby, and opened the area as a public attraction in 1930. Today, Ruby Falls welcomes thousands of visitors each year. Come tour the falls for yourself and see why this unique attraction has been one of the best things to do in Tennessee for over 80 years.

Ruby Falls is the nation's tallest and deepest underground waterfall open to the public in the United States. Every day hundreds of gallons of water rush over the falls by the minute and amaze visitors.

After your visit to one of the best caves in Tennessee, spend time enjoying the spectacular views from Lookout Mountain Tower and Blue Heron Overlook, visit the gift shop, or grab a bite to eat in the Cavern Cafe.

Get your adrenaline pumping as you soar through the tree tops on Ruby Falls ZIPStream Aerial Adventure -  featuring a 40-foot climbing tower with five routes of varying difficulty and 700 feet of rushing zip lines with amazing views of the Tennessee Valley!
