Media Admission Request Policy
Ruby Falls Media Admissions Policy
Ruby Falls provides active media the opportunity to become familiar with our attraction by experiencing a complimentary leisure visit. This courtesy is extended to active working media and one guest on a case-by case basis. We are unable to extend complimentary admission to administrative, sales, promotional and/or retired personnel. The qualifying media representative must be present throughout the visit.
Non-complying requests will not be honored.
Two complimentary tickets annually will be granted to qualifying personnel.
Request tickets using the Online Media Ticket Request Form below at least four-business days in advance of your visit. Requests for weekend visits received after 11:00 AM on Tuesday will not be granted. Please allow 48-hours for processing. Tour reservations are confirmed by email and tickets will be attached to the confirmation email. Due to the popularity of certain events and time frames, Ruby Falls may not be able to provide media passes for leisure visits during certain times of the year.
