Ruby Falls Media Admissions Policy
MEDIA ON ASSIGNMENT: If you are covering Ruby Falls on assignment, please contact us directly instead of using the Media Request Form. Please reach out to email@example.com with assignment details and deadlines to evaluate in-park options and availability. Media on assignment are accompanied by a member of the Ruby Falls public relations team.

Ruby Falls provides active media the opportunity to become familiar with our attraction by experiencing a complimentary leisure visit. This courtesy is extended to active working media and one guest on a case-by case basis. We are unable to extend complimentary admission to administrative, sales, promotional and/or retired personnel. The qualifying media representative must be present throughout the visit.
Non-complying requests will not be honored.
Two complimentary tickets may be granted to qualifying personnel based on availability.
Request tickets using the Online Media Ticket Request Form below at least four-business days in advance of your visit. Requests for weekend visits received after 11:00 AM on Tuesday will not be granted. Please allow 48-hours for processing. Tour reservations are confirmed by email and tickets will be attached to the confirmation email. Due to the popularity of certain events and time frames, blackout dates apply.
Complimentary admission is available to media in the following categories:
Publishers, editors, reporters, writers and photographers
Complimentary admission is provided to freelance writers and producers with written confirmation from the assigning news outlet.
News directors, public affairs directors, program directors, assignment editors, producers, and on-air personnel including anchors/hosts/DJs/reporters and photographers
Digital influencers, including bloggers & social media influencers are considered on a case-by-case basis. Influencers need to have significant social media following, reach and engagement rate to be approved.
