Looking for a unique opportunity to share your vows? Ruby Falls can accommodate your wedding, from a romantic ceremony by the waterfall, or from the beautiful view of our Lookout Mountain Tower. Reception areas also available.

Rental Locations

Full Cavern Rental

Rent out the cavern for your next event or party! Ruby Falls is available for evening rentals!

  • Cavern rental is available from 8:00pm or later and includes full use of the cavern
  • We welcome catering, however, due to the unique nature of the rental space, guests must use a caterer approved by Ruby Falls.
  • Rental fee includes on-site tables and chairs. Linens, other decor, or alternate tables and chairs must be provided by guests.
  • Pricing:
    • Sunday - Thursday rentals are $100 per hour including set up and clean up time. (minimum $300)
    • Friday and Saturday rentals are a flat rate of $1500 for up to 5 hours including set up and clean up time.
  • $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve date.

Party With A View

Ruby Falls offers unique dining areas with fantastic views, perfect for your next party or corporate meeting.

  • The Treetops and Upper Eating Area at Ruby Falls are available for your next special event
  • We welcome catering, however, due to the unique nature of the rental space, guests must use a caterer approved by Ruby Falls.
  • Rental fee includes on-site tables and chairs. Linens, other decor, or alternate tables and chairs must be provided by guests.
  • Pricing: $200 for up to five hours with paying cavern tour (additional cost for tour), $150 for parties of 50 or less. If event is not in conjunction with a Ruby Falls tour, pricing will be determined by Ruby Falls Event Coordinator.
  • Parties must be booked at least 10 days in advance.

Cavern Movie Night

Watch your favorite movie on our flat screen, HD TVs located 260 feet underground. Great for scouts, youth groups, and small parties.

  • Cavern Movie Nights are available Sunday through Thursday nights from 8:00pm - 11:00pm.
  • Parties of 30 or smaller
  • Bring your own lawn chairs, bean bags, or blankets to get comfortable - keep in mind, you will be sitting on the floor of a cave!
  • Rental includes limited access to the Ruby Falls Cavern, use of DVD player and TVs. Rental does not include tour of Ruby Falls.
  • Pricing: $350
  • Upgrade your movie night by adding on Cavern Cafe snacks like nachos, hot dogs, and more!

Intimate Wedding Ceremonies

For those looking to have a vow renewal or simple vow exchange ceremony in the Cavern:

  • An Intimate Wedding Ceremony may be scheduled for parties of 20 or smaller.
  • Availability is limited to weekdays, before 10am or after 6pm. For other availability during our off-peak season (late-fall to winter), please contact our Event Coordinator.
  • Guaranteed 10 minutes in the Falls room.
  • Does not include Ruby Falls Tour
  • Guests are responsible for procuring minister and obtaining required legal documents.
  • Pricing: $50 fee, plus regular Ruby Falls admission for each guest. Minister will be comped.
