Deck the Falls at Ruby Falls
Chattanooga, TN

Ruby Falls, a must see marvel located in Chattanooga, TN, is once again decorating for the holidays.  Their “Deck the Falls” celebration is as Ruby Falls officials put it a “Low-Key” celebration of the season.  Beginning in late November and throughout the month of December Ruby Falls’ Deck the Falls puts a holiday twist on their world class offering. 

During the celebration Cavern Castle, the world famous Ruby Falls entrance building, will be decorated with tasteful holiday decorations including garlands, lights, trees and packages.  There will be many excellent holiday photo opportunities both inside and outside the Castle.  

Travelers on the interstate will also get a special holiday treat as they will be able to see Cavern Castle from I-24.  Located on the side of Lookout Mountain, Cavern Castle a replica of a 15th century Irish Castle, will be lit up with holiday lights.  Travelers on I-24 along the foot of Lookout Mountain will be able to see this majestic site after dark.

The Ruby Falls tour itself only changes slightly with a special holiday light show at the waterfall and holiday music playing throughout the caverns.  Ruby Falls is open everyday except Christmas day.  Tours to Ruby Falls last a little over an hour and leave every few minutes from 8am-8pm.
